Janice began her dance training in Surrey, BC and since then furthered her studies in California, Las Vegas, New York, Toronto and Vancouver.
Straight out of dance school Janice started performing with Carnival Cruise Lines in their award winning Broadway and Las Vegas Review Shows. She joined Carnival in 1997 and continued through until late 2009. During her twelve and a half years with Carnival, her journeys took her all over the world to places such as Italy, France, Croatia, Finland, Caribbean, Las Vegas, New York, Miami, Mexico, Alaska and Hawaii. Along the way she met and gained invaluable knowledge and experience from award winning choreographers and Entertainers.

Through her hard work, love and dedication to dance and to the Company, Janice took on roles such as Dance Captain, Assistant Dance Captain and Costume Mistress. She also gained the right to Featured and Lead Performer and co-choreographer for several of the Magic and Illusion shows as well as some of the smaller Broadway Review Shows and Event Shows.

Since late 2009 Janice has been here teaching and choreographing fro studios all over the lower Mainland. Janice is well versed in musical theatre, stage, ballet, modern, contemporary, jazz and lyrical dance. Janice believes with commitment to ones self you can achieve and over come any task that is put before you, on and off the stage. She will work you extremely hard and challenge you every inch of the way, but she will also inspire your passion and motivate your inner strengths. Everyone has the ability to perform, you just have to want it and work it!!!!! I look forward to meeting all of you and teaching at Dance Trance!
