Hello Everyone,
We welcome you to what we believe will be another amazing year for our parents, teachers, students and Dance Trance staff. This newsletter is to inform you of what to be expecting during the first couple weeks back to dance class.
During the first week of classes every student will be assessed by their teacher in their class to ensure that they are in the proper class for each dancer’s skill level. A dancer may be moved up or down levels to ensure that they are in a class best suited for them.
Important Dates:
August 15, 2014 – September/June (First and Last Month) fees are due
September 15, 2014 – Auto-debit forms need to be in to the studio to be processed for October Fees
*Your next opportunity to hand in an auto-debit form will be before October 15, 2014 so we can process your November fees and so on.*
October 1, 2014 – October Monthly fees are due
October 1, 2014 – Costume deposits are due
(All of these fees will be invoiced and emailed to you before the due date)
To Keep our Dancers Bodies healthy and safe during first few weeks of class we ask our dancers to:
Not push themselves too hard
Bring water and healthy snacks for their breaks
Costume deposit invoices will be emailed to you in September and will be due by October 1, 2014.
Costume deposits are $75.00 for children in both recreational and competitive programs who are aged 6yrs and up.
Any dancer in the age range of 3-5yrs will only be charged $50.00.
**The difference in price is due to older children having more complex costumes thus increasing the price**
Once all of our costumes come into the studio, you will receive either an invoice or credit for your children’s costume depending on the final costume price.
