Monthly Fees
Monthly fees are determined by the amount of hours each individual dances in per week. 10% discounts apply to a second dancer in the family, and a 25% discount applies when a third dancer in the same family enrolls with Dance Trance. If your dancer is participating in a competitive solo/duo/trio these fees will be added onto your monthly total from October 2014-May 2015. Ask a receptionist today if you are unsure of the total of your monthly fees.
Auto-Debit
Your monthly fees can be paid for my cash, cheque or debit each month otherwise our clients are offered the option to sign up for Automatic-debit withdrawal.
We do require these forms by October 15th so that we have time to process them for the November 1, 2014 monthly fee.
Auto-debit will not be changed to include additional fees or credits on your accounts.
Costume Deposits
Costume deposits are based on overall class age. It is $50.00 costume deposit for classes aged 3-5yrs and $75.00 for classes aged 6yrs and up. Non-recital and technique classes do not require a costume deposit. These are due the first of the month and can be paid by cash, cheque or debit. If you are participating in auto-debit these fees will not be included.
Costumes will be arriving after December 1, 2014 and the total cost of the costume will then be calculated. You will either receive a credit for a costume if it less than the deposit. Or you will receive a new invoice for the balance if the costume ends up being more complex, and, therefore, more expensive. The due date for this will be determined once costumes arrive!
Late Fees
Late fees or NSF’s will be charged a $20.00 + GST fee.
Dance Trance will implement a NO DANCE policy for accounts over 30 days in arrears.
